Hi there! I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem, disordered eating, and substance use.
In our work together, I draw from relational-cultural therapy, IFS-informed parts work, and EMDR to support your healing journey. These approaches help us deepen self-understanding, process trauma, and strengthen connection to yourself and others.
